Welcome!
I am an instructional designer, facilitator, and coach passionate about creating learning solutions with a leadership focus.
I've designed and developed engaging learning experiences for adult learners since 2012. I have delivered classroom and virtual instruction and facilitated leadership workshops. Additionally, I have experience in training and development in medical, education, and government roles. My education includes a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Doctorate in Education (Leadership Studies). I also hold a workshop facilitator certification from Development Dimensions International (DDI) and an Emotional Intelligence assessment and coaching certification (EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360).
A little extra insight: I live in the beautiful state of Oregon with my husband Joe and our sweet dog Uno. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force, a military family and veteran advocate, and a volunteer. As a lifelong learner, I am excited by opportunities to develop new skills and continue my personal and professional development.
