At the end of each leadership course I facilitate, I ask my learners their most significant "Ah-ha" moment from the course.
The courses include different leadership concepts delivered through a variety of modalities, including lectures (some by me, some by experts in specific content), group discussions, articles and other instructional materials, case studies, and portfolio-type projects. Assessment of learning occurs through both formal (quizzes) and informal (discussions and reflections) formats.
